Almost all oilfields in the south.

So, better interim government to start working out procedures on how a good relationship between the north and south after 2011 referendum for south to secede will be. Than wasting time
    beating around the CPA.

Once the independence is secured there is no need beating round the bush, the South should build up its economic fronts as well as its territotial capacity in terms of security to avert invasion by the aggressive north.
Rather than shifting blames all stake-holders should come together to building a united front against oppression of the past and allow for respect of the rule of law and sanctity of human rights.
