Upper Nile State Upper Nile State
Upper Nile State is the most northerly in South Sudan and borders Ethiopia to the west and the north Sudanese states of South Kordofan, Blue Nile and White Nile. Within South Sudan Upper Nile borders Unity State to the west and Jonglei State to the south.
