BANGUI, Dec 04, 2003 (IRIN) — Presidents Francois Bozize of the Central African Republic and Omar el Bashir of Sudan have resolved to revive a joint border security commission to curb poaching and cross-border attacks between the two countries, state-owned Radio Centrafrique reported.
