NDA delegation to arrive in Khartoum Wednesday
KHARTOUM, July 26, 2005 (SUNA) — A delegation of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is to arrive in Khartoum Wednesday coming from Cairo in the context of completion of the Cairo agreement, signed between the government and the NDA earlier.
Member of the internal secretariat of the NDA Ali Al-Sayed said the delegation is led by NDA Deputy Chairman General Abdul-Rahman Saeed and includes in its membership a political committee, headed by Farouq Abu-Eissa and a military committee, chaired by Awadal-Bari Al-Sir.
Al-Sayed added in a statement to SUNA that the delegation would discuss with the government a number of issues including the questions of the NDA forces in the east and participation in the national unity government.
