Mahamat Abdallah Ali Yahya, la trentaine largement dépassée, de nationalité soudanaise, a été intercepté par les forces de l’ordre à Adré, il y a quelques jours. L’homme qui se prenait pour un Tchadien, venait de passer deux mois à N’Djaména et tentait de traverser la frontière pour se rendre au Soudan, afin de rendre compte de sa mission de renseignements dans la capitale tchadienne à ses chefs hiérarchiques.
Enrôlé dans l’armée soudanaise depuis le 29 mai 1999, Mahamat Abdallah Ali Yahya a profité des troubles causés par l’attaque de la capitale N’djamena au mois de février dernier pour s’infiltrer au Tchad. Les pièces saisies sur lui révèlent qu’il est tantôt militaire, tantôt agent de municipalité, informaticien, comptable, étudiant ou encore cultivateur.
Avec la complicité de certaines personnes ou par simple imprudence, Mahamat Abdallah Ali Yahya s’est fait délivrer un acte de naissance et une carte d’identité nationale tchadienne datés respectivement du 16 et du 22 avril 2008, pour mieux passer incognito.
Autre fait troublant, l’intéressé s’est introduit dans un camp de formation militaire tchadien et y a passé 45 jours. Ce qui laisse croire qu’il a accumulé une somme d’informations sur les forces de défense et de sécurité.
En appréhendant cet espion qui cherchait à repartir au Soudan, les services tchadiens de renseignements ont une nouvelle fois déjoué un plan savamment conçu par les autorités soudanaises pour déstabiliser le Tchad. Les pièces à conviction saisies sur cet espion viennent ainsi s’ajouter à bien d’autres qui expliquent le vrai visage de Oumar Hassan El Béchir et la nature exacte de ses intentions belliqueuses. La communauté internationale est interpellée.

Chad announced today the arrest of a Sudanese agent while he was trying to cross the border to the Sudan after collecting important data about the Chadian security forces.
Mahamat Ali Abdallah Yahya, thirties largely exceeded, a Sudanese national, was intercepted by the police in Adre, a few days ago. The man who took one for Chad, had just spent two months in N’Djamena and attempted to cross the border to visit Sudan, to reflect its mission of information in the Chadian capital to his supervisors.
Enrôlé in the Sudanese army since May 29, 1999, Mahamat Ali Abdallah Yahya took advantage of the turmoil caused by the attack on the capital N’djamena last February to infiltrate into Chad. The parts seized on him revealed that he is sometimes military, sometimes officer municipality, computer, accounting, student or farmer.
With the complicity of certain persons or by simple negligence, Mahamat Ali Abdallah Yahya has been issued a birth certificate and a national identity card Chadian dated 16 and 22 April 2008, to better pass incognito.
Another troubling, he broke into a military training camp Chad and spent 45 days. That suggests he has accumulated a wealth of information on defence and security.
In apprehending this spy who sought to leave the Sudan, the Chadian intelligence services have once again foiled a plan cleverly designed by the Sudanese authorities to destabilize Chad. The parts seized on a belief that spy and just added to many others that explain the true face of Oumar Hassan El-Bashir and the exact nature of its bellicose intentions. The international community is challenged.
