Great plan in fact a city must be well developed like every city,i want to remaind Goss and Clement Wani that, the first step to be taken is health,we need alot of rubbish bins to be display every where in Juba in fact i have realised that everywhere there is plastic bags and many more rubbish along the road side, markets, shops, hotels and etc.Secondly we need public toilets atlist every 2kms within the city so that those business people around the city should be able to take a proper hygiene, thirdly water taps or clean water sources everywhere especailly business areas and residentials areas as well.Because the current out break of cholera which was original from SPLA barracks comes as a result of poor sanitation in Juba City, secondly the ministry of health in Goss does not understand that some people should be empolyed by local government on the ground level where they can collect rubbish around the streets to make Juba looks clean. Therefore i request those issues of health in Juba to be made as a first key for achieving, and Mr Clement Wani must set some internal laws about throwing of rubbishs with great charges to those business, residents and etc who are not following the laws.I know we have some who are just living like pigs, but i warn that if they want to live as they thought it would be good if they can go far from the city to places like country side which would be good for them, because clean city, clean people and better development in fact some people from USA,Europ,Australia and Asia are interested to come with their companies which would be a great advantages to our people, some will find empolyment and governemtn will get more tax.
