Sudan criticizes reported US travel ban on officials
September 26, 2009 (WASHINGTON) — The Sudanese government criticized reports that the US administration imposed new travel bans on its officials.
Several Arabic online news portals reported that US president Barack Obama made a decision to slap sanctions on officials from Zimbabwe, Sudan and Kenya during the UN General Assembly meetings.
The US ambassador to Kenya has announced this week that his government will impose a travel ban on Kenyan ministers and other prominent people blocking government reforms aimed at preventing political violence.
Sudan Tribune found no record of such action taken by the White House against any Sudanese officials. Washington is still working on a policy review in dealings with Sudan.
An unidentified Sudanese presidential official speaking to the London based Al-Hayat newspaper said that the sanctions “send mixed signals on the US policy towards African nations”.
The official said that Africans thought that Obama will resort to dialogue rather than the “hard stick” adding that the US president may have responded to pressure by lobby groups.
However, the Sudanese official stressed that dialogue will continue with Washington.
The US has imposed travel bans on seven Sudanese individuals during the Bush administration including political and military officials, militia leaders and rebels.

The ICC has already imposed travel ban on Bashir. He has now become a prisoner inside Sudan. I challenge Mr. Bashir to travel to New York or London. He refused to attend the UN general assembly because he knows he would be arrested there. Coward rapist.

BARACK is not so mistaken about his statement . I know where he is heading to. Barack learned good politics in Havard University as his Father from our Luo tribe did.
What I am telling you president is this, mantain the word that US envoy said this month;
“Gration who has shuttled many trips between USA and Sudan for peace in Darfur and South Sudan said that referendum for the people of Southern Sudan must take place.
“They must express their own free will in fair and credible way and the United States will support the necessary steps for the referendum,” he said.
That’s it all.

This serpent Obama is starting to shed his scales. We all knew it was a matter of time until the Jewish lobby got to him.
Anyway as soon as 2011 comes I hope they install a pipe line from Juba all the way to Haifa, Israel, at least some one will do something with the oil.

This is brilliant for President Obama. The Sudanese Government cannot listen to Diplomacy and it is better to use stick just the way the 15 members of the Kenyan Government who have been issued with travel ban letters. I like it please President Obama just continue doing it.
