Ref: Gumuruk-Lokwangele SPLM Constituency Members’ Complaints
We the members of the SPLM in the above named constituency would like to alert the attention of the highest organ of the party (SPLM Political Bureau) that we are not satisfied with nomination of Comrade Francis Lokurnya as the party flag bearer to defend the constituency seat to Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly substituting Comrade William Boring Gola who passed in the Jonglei State SPLM Electoral College.
As committed members of the party, the constituency was dissatisfied with manner Mr. Lokurnya handled Constituency Development Fund (CDF) during his tenant [tenure] as area Member of Parliament (MP) hence, the community opted for his replacement because he has lost confidence, respect and honesty from the people. The named gentleman lost in the State Electoral College and how he made it to the Political Bureau as the candidate of the Constituency remains an unanswered question.
For this matter, Mr. Gola stood as the sole party preferred candidate to defend the seat to the Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly in general elections whom the community can wholeheartedly exert their support but his replacement without their consent contravenes with their wishes and expectations.
We therefore, appeal to highest office of the party to exert its wise scrutiny over this matter before time could go out of hand because it is in our wish that SPLM wins the Constituency seat in this coming election.

The SPLM PB should know that their choice over the choice of the pple’ will never be a favorate choice in any given constituency. pple of Murule like all other southers would want to see that the SPLM PB listens to their voices and not them listening to theirs. And thatz true, because for democracy to take effect, politicins must listen to the pple’ and not Vs.
SPLM PB need to act wisely, or else things would fall out of their hands and land into wrong hands. they have a good opportunity to show southers now that they are good leaders who can listen to their pple’. such situation(s) if not handled carefully, AnyaNya one era may not be too far.
