After analyzing the formation of the new government’s ministerial positions, I noticed with disappointment that Sudan, under National Congress Party’s leadership, is a country where non-sense make sense. what is the different between the so-called petroleum and minerals not to mention electricity and dams? I believe that these ministries are suppose to be grouped under a single ministry of mining. Before petroleum was given to the Southern government, the current fragmented ministry was headed by Dr. Awad al Jazz all under the ministry of energy and mining. What seems to be the problem now? Why separated petroleum from energy and minerals all over the sudden?

Anyway, the political relationship between North and South Sudan would only last for few months for two parts of Sudan to go their own way. Petroleum given to Dr. Lual Achuiek will remain in the south while the so-called electricity, dams, minerals and other resources currently found in North Sudan will remain within Northern Sudan.

God bless South Sudan and all her citizens

Oz, SPLM cheated again, few positions. The SPLM will not have a voice again in the parliament, God help us!. They splitted most ministries among themselves and removed parts of responsibilities of ministries under SPLM control, what a fake government. In fact they are making separation attractive. Why did Kiir put his signatory on this paper to pass it, is he ignorant or what. MAUMAU

    Dear Southerners,

Unity with the Northerners mean underdevelopment.

The country can not unite while it’s full of selfisness. Just check how the fragment the Sudan ministry position. Any position given to Southerner or other marginalized has been fragment so that the NCp have its part. Arab in particular are always deform because they only thing that their decision is right but that is completely zero.

They are nothing to most of Us-Southerners. We want to establish our own development in our own country without them. According to the ministry names, which unity are we talking about with Bashier govt?

Let them smell the flame of fire next year through our vote for seperation other this selfishness will frequently encourage fighting in every single accord and the power sharing. Bullet or ballot might count in the Sudan to create right atmosphere for us( South). See referendum, there’s manipluation and power sharing deceptive. Wow! let them go and we will meet in the border.

When someone has no ability to share, the only option is to take the entire portion inorder to stop others to ask for the share. It seems that the Northern Government and its allied does not know that people of South Sudan are asking them their portion.

It’s clear that NCP want to take the entire share through dangerious steps. The Bashier govt must know that we will not stop this referendum in our favor till the end of this world, that is right!

We South Sudanese will not get out of our butts unless you allowed us peacefully for the referendum instead of you trying to play the game of selfisness in the entire country.

Why the refendum commission members are all from the NCP or other influncial parties who are indeed the part of NCP. This is disaster and NCp must know that there will be no peace if they try to play around with bitterness in the Sudan.

This referendum is not a joke and this can not be compare to the addis Ababa agreement.

This refendum will be peaceful if both SPLM and NCP work fairly without hidden agenda but if NCP works for destruction, then we Southerners can not afford it to happen. Caution to NCP

    I observed the following:

1.About 99% names are Arabic names, one can not skit a ministry with the name Mohamed. But i can not conclude to tell how many southerns are there.

2.It is like there are only two women cabinet ministers. Here too i can not tell because i do not understand most women names in Arabic.

3.Some ministries have party of elements removed and added to other ministries, some thing so confusing.

4.Ministries which were not given southerns/non Muslim since independent of the Sudan have been given this time, but may be subject to my observation No 3.
5.Some ministries are given people with different careers(incompetent).I don’t know what criteria was used, but most likely political motivation.

6.One can not skip two or three ministries with out the name Mohamed. I need help here as to why this happens. Are these people from the same family ground or what could be the cause?

7.I am not happy to have seen negligible African cultural names. Hence, i advice the ministers to mix their names with cultural names for easy identification.

8.I would be happy to learn whether there are youths in these ministerial positions too.

9.I had wanted every minister to swear be fore the public that he/She would be transparent before approved.

10.Finally, i would be happy to hear about the development of the ICC behind your president criminal wanted for crimes against humanity in Darfur.

I mean are you able to rescue your president from the ICC indictment? If you are
then your government is a government which supports citizens to commit crimes against humanity.

I am really surprised how mr. Bashiir form his cabinet specially state ministers. Why does he appointed Southern Sudanese as state minister and appoint Northern Sudanese as state minister in the same position that given to Southerners?

If it is done intentionally, then this is confirming independency of Southern Sudan that if these people go and then the one appointed togather with them will take over. If it is that they need two people the same ministry, why only in the ministeries given to Southerners.

I know now NCP has taken all important ministeries in the cabinet, but Bashiir don’t worry January 2011 you will be free to have northerners all in your cabinet while Southerners will enjoy their independent in the South.

Good luck to some of our people who have been appointed in Bashiir government.
