Rumbek to Yirol main road being repaired

April 14, 2011 (RUMBEK) – The governments of Lakes state have started maintaining the road connecting Rumbek Central county to greater Yirol West counties.
He also pointed out that repairing this road is very important to the government of Lakes state as this road is the main route connecting Juba to Rumbek pand others states of Barh el Gazal regions.
Maker affirmed that road from Maleng-Agok to Aluakluak is already being repaired. Maker said the issue of the Bar-naam Bridge, which collapsed last year, leading to a diversion is also a concern of the government because if it is not repaired in time the road might not be passable during the rainy season.
Maker said that “yesterday they started work from Rumbek senior secondary school, and other team also started from Maleng-Agok – the issue is the bridge.”
The road to Yirol becomes impassable during the rainy season causing slow movement of vehicles.

Don’t just appreciate what you haven’t seen. It’s so true that gov’t is trying the best to ease all problems but some characters do the contrary. The road connecting Yirol and Rumbek Centre being repraired won’t solve the probems of other roads despite the limitation of time to amend the bridge of Bar Naham.
I would also like you to attend courses of grammer so that you come back home with better knowledge that can be accessible to your fellow countrymen.
We’re lacking qualified teachers here in the young nation ( Republic of South Sudan) therefore those who’ve at least had chances of moving abroad should bring something good home.
