France appoints new ambassador to Sudan
PARIS, France, Sep 3, 2004 (PANA) — French President Jacques Chirac has
appointed Christine Robichon as ambassador to Sudan, an official
source revealed here Friday.
Robichon, 51, has served in several Africa countries, including
Morocco, Algeria and South Africa.
She has also worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
where she was in charge of immigrants and French expatriates.
