Six people killed when trains collide in eastern Sudan
KHARTOUM, Sudan, June 18, 2005 (AP) — Six men were killed and an unspecified number injured Saturday when two goods trains collided in eastern Sudan, the official Sudan Media Center reported.
The collision happened early Saturday in Port Sudan. There was no immediate information on what caused the collision and there were no further details available.
A committee headed by a railway official left Khartoum Saturday to investigate the incident.
