Joint team probing Garang’s death starts compiling report

Sept 6, 2005 (Khartoum) — The joint Sudanese-Ugandan committee probing the death of the late Dr John Garang has started drafting its report in light of data compiled by experts of both countries.
Sudanese Ambassador to Uganda Hasan Jad Karim said the committee would complete its report on Thursday [8 September]. He pointed that over the past few days, the joint team and experts from the USA, Russia and Kenya, had met in Entebbe to exchange views and analyse the information gathered on the crash of the Ugandan aircraft.
