New deputies to be sworn in 7 September

Sept 6, 2005 (Khartoum) — The National Assembly will hold its sessions tomorrow at 10 am at its HQ in Omdurman. It will be chaired by the Speaker, Ahmad Ibrahim al-Tahir.
During the sessions, a number of the new members will be sworn in, and the new interim list will be approved so that proceedings can start.
An extraordinary committee will also be set up to review the old list and present suggestions for amending it.
