President Al-Bashir receives written message from Ethiopian PM

Khartoum, Oct 03, 2003 (SUNA) — President of the republic Gen Umar al- Bashir has received a written message from the Ethiopian prime minister, Meles Zenawi, inviting him to attend the inaugural sitting of the Second African-Chinese Cooperation Ministerial Conference, scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa in December.

The president received the invitation on his capacity as Chairman of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (Comesa) and the Inter-Governmental Authority on Development (IGAD).
