Salva Kiir appoints 18 Under-Secretaries for South Sudan government

Jan 17, 2006 (JUBA) — The President of Southern Sudan government Lt Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit appointed 18 Under-Secretaries for the Ministries and Institutions of the Government of Southern Sudan.

The nomination decree was issued on January 12, 2006.

2 – Mr. Francis Latio Under Secretary for Planning in the Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning

4 – Mr. William Ater Maciek Under Secretary of the Ministry of Education

5 – Dr. Majok Yak Under Secretary of the Ministry of Health
