Kadhafi, Wade for African solution to Darfur crisis
TRIPOLI, February 21 — Libyan leader, Col. Moammar Kadhafi and Senegalese president, Abdoulaye Wade held a telephone conversation appreciating the efforts made at the African level to end the conflict in Sudan`s western province of Darfur.
They also discussed the African Union`s development process and consolidation towards the creation of the United States of Africa, official Libyan sources said here on Monday.
The sources said the conversation comprises part of the coordination and permanent consultations between the two African leaders.
