SSUDA/SSDF issued an exploration license to Jarch Management Group

Feb 14, 2006 — The SSDF announces today that it has issued an exploration license to Jarch Management Group, Ltd. to begin exploration activities throughout South Sudan. Since the SSDF controls all the oil territories in South Sudan, only Jarch Management Group will explore and exploit oil and gas throughout the South. If necessary, we will defend our territory and our rights and possibly declare our independence.
