Egyptian information minister meets SPLM delegation

CAIRO, Nov. 09, 2003 (MENA) — Egyptian Information Minister Safwat al- Sharif met on Sunday in his office with a delegation from the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM).

The meeting tackled recent peace negotiations in the Kenyan city of Naivasha and means to realize peace that would unite the Sudanese people and preserve their interests.

The meeting also centred on bilateral relations and means of cooperation between the two sides in the partisan fields
