April 26, 2006 — Sudanese president Omar al-Bashir appointed sixteen ambassadors from Southern Sudan. The list of the nominees proposed by the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) as stipulated in the comprehensive peace agreement (CPA) as it been articulated in stoical accord On Jan 09 2005.

The Foreign Minister, Lam Akol Ajaween confirmed on yesterday that the President al-Bashir has approved the SPLM’s nomination of sixteen New Sudanese ambassadors as stipulated in the power sharing portfolios of the CPA. Akol said the appointment of the new ambassadors from SPLM’s Party was in line with article 2.6.2 in order to create sense of national belonging and address imbalances. He said a National Civil Service Commission shall be established with the task of formulating polices for training and recruitment into the civil service that targets between twenty to thirty percent of the positions. This is the first time that good number of the marginalized area fellows is getting the positions of Ambassadors. They will serve in as heads of Diplomatic Mission representing the Government of the ruler party SPLM. The are yet to be announced. Lam did not mentioned to which countries the new appointed Ambassadors will served on”

First of all, It’s a best wishes that a two parties have a mutual consensus to implement every clued that written in Comprehensive peace Agreement. I doubted that if Bashir’s Party. Are accepted the power sharing. As it been stated in Nairobi Peace. Potentially, there is UN stabilized relations among both (SPLM/NCP). It simply people can considered that President Bashir’s Organization still playing old tactic politics of time wasted And intend to capture people sentimental the SPLM’s political staffs analyst should be alert. To read Bashir’s mind over and over with concrete assessment I will give you more thoughts with some analytical opinions on next article.

Obviously, the SPLM have demands according to political necessity the same time SPLM’s required to elevate its diplomacy around the world after the (Comprehensive Peace Agreement) On Jan 09 2005. Although, the SPLM should accept the offers to have a 16 ambassadors. Farther detailed the Party is entitled to measure first its capacity to confront the National Congress Party in the place. Secondly, the SPLM should have trained these folks to enable them to efficient, effective works in filed of diplomacy with ideology, customs. Adds to that they must be constraints based on the SPLM’s versions. Which would help them to stick on the party’s agendas? Also, they won’t be advocates for Bashir’s messy policies of genocidal! Or anything?s concerning (NCP). The SPLM should step way from Bashir’s party internal affairs not interference on behalf. They should be left to handle their criminal records on the issues genocidal thirdly, the National Congress Party have obligations to tell SPLM about the countries that shared diplomacy relation with Sudan! Then, the SPLM will have chances to select a list based on party strategy. I think that it’s SPLM interest to have a representatives in those countries, United States, United Kingdom, Norway, Japan in Asian countries, Arab World Libya, Unman Jordon, Kiewit Kingdom, Africa Countries, South Africa, Uganda, Nigeria, Eretria Asmara,

Surprisingly, we all read the articles about 16 ambassadors were nominated By SPLM. The list was posted on press, Sudantribune.com, Southsudan.net. On April 26 2006. It was confirmed by Foreign Minister Dr. Lam A, Ajahwin. The President Bashir Appointed Sixteen new Sudan Ambassadors I’m still worried about prediction. As I understand there is a specific category SPLM should task its nominees before, they got announced to public. First, its extremist background checks to assured that the nominee’s records on, patriotism, experiences, and qualifications in addition nominee should have at least a charismas prototype. That allows individuals behaved diplomatic character. Whereas, my argued was at the point. When you view a list of all candidates for positions ambassadors’ I learned that most all of whom are freshmen graduators. They have never have served official. II my second frustration is till now there is not source from the Gov’t of South Sudan or Spokesperson for Ruler party SPLM whether to urge the nomination of 16 ambassadors. Or It’s was mistaken went to media none official thirdly, though there are a very qualified nominees on list I think that are appropriate to the party. to honor them serve the diplomat relations here they are: ambassadors Dr. Francis Madding Deng, Dr. Akec Khoc Acieu, Dr. El-Wathing Mohammed Kameir, Professor, Steven, Wondu, Andrew, Makor thow He was nominated by Bashir’s Party ( NCP) Otherwise, I’d like to get people attention that we missed a great nominee, with tremendous Civil service records. He has diplomacy reputation, very skillful Spokesperson Mr. Ezekiel LD, Gatkouth from SPLM Office Washington DC. I think He is a best ambassador for the nation. I ?m appealing to President LT. Gen Salva Kiir Mayardit. To seeks for candidate who have good experience, Again. My request is that President Salva should eliminate a list get a candidates with experiences. All considerations for any nominee should fit-in to diplomatic categories.
