Nile Commercial Bank to open Malakal branch in June
May 27, 2006 (MALAKAL) — A senior executive official with Nile Commercial Bank has said that the bank will open its branch in Upper Nile State in Malakal next month.
Speaking during the launch of the Nile Commercial Bank services in Malakal town last week, the Executive Director of the Bank, Aggry Ezbon Idri, told Sudan Radio Service (SRS) that people of Malakal can now make transfer or receive money from all NCB branches within southern Sudan.
Idri affirmed the commitment of the Bank to provide quality banking services to the people of southern Sudan.
He further urged all southern Sudanese to take up shares of the Bank so that they will have access to soft loans which will help them to start business enterprises and improve their living conditions.
The Executive Director also assured the potential customers and shares holders that their investment and savings at the bank is safe since the bank has demonstrated its capability over the last one year.
