Saudi investment delegation to visit Sudan

RIYADH, Nov. 13, 2003 — A high-level Saudi investment delegation of 50 people will visit Sudan in December. The delegation will lead by Dr Fhad Bal Ghonaim Saudi minister of Agriculture.

The visit will be paid to look at areas of investments in Sudan. The delegation will include 15 sponsors of ministries and 35 businessmen and they will represent the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Saudi Kingdom.

This visit is a result of recommendations of the conference of Saudi businessmen which was held in Riyadh last January. The first conference adopted investment in the agriculture and animals. The meeting was limited 8 benefits for investing in Sudan which is an ideal environment for investment.

The agriculture committee of Saudi chambers was recommended to invest in agriculture.
