Central African Republic president to begin visit to Sudan 2 December

The president of the Central African Republic, Maj-Gen Francois Bozize, will begin a two-day visit to Khartoum today.
During the visit, Bozize will hold talks with his Sudanese counterpart, Lt-Gen Umar Hasan al-Bashir, the first vice-president, Ali Uthman Muhammad Taha, the secretary-general of the [ruling] National Congress, Prof Ibrahim Ahmad Umar, and the minister of defence, Staff Maj-Gen Bakri Hasan Salih.
This will be Bozize’s first visit to Sudan.
