Jarch group sacks David de Chand from Board of advisers
Press Release
October 15, 2006 — Effective immediately, Dr. David de Chand has been removed from the Board of Advisers of Jarch Management Group. Please note that Jarch does not have a contract with the South Sudan United Democratic Alliance (SSUDA).
Any comments or statements issued by SSUDA that it does is untrue. Our contract with the South Sudan Defence Forces (SSDF) is signed by General Paulino Matip and General Gordon Koang and endorsed by General Gabriel Tang.
Any statement by any individual or group outside of the three individuals listed in this release should be confirmed with this Company. Several individuals and groups continue to insert themselves into the process to pressure the Company to support them or their cause. The Company will not be coerced by any group or individual to do anything that is inconsistent with the Company’s goals or contracts.
We support General Paulino Matip and what he is trying to do in uniting the South. Some individuals and groups are angered by this fact. We will not let them interfere with our plans. Some of these individuals have already been warned that the Company will use all its resources and the legal systems throughout the world to protect our Company against untruths and deception and any attempt by any individual to use blackmail or use coercion to extort any monies from this Company. We will continue to adhere to the highest principles and integrity.
Thank you
Jarch Management Group, Ltd.
