Chinese CCP official departs on visit to Sudan, Jordan, Syria
Jan 9, 2007 (BEIJING) — Zhang Zhijun, deputy head of the International Department of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Committee, left Beijing for Sudan, Jordan and Syria on Tuesday.
A spokesman from the department said Zhang’s tour was at the invitations of the National Congress of Sudan, and World Affairs Council of Jordan, and the Baath Arab Socialist Party of Syria.
Zhang will also lead China’s International Communication Association Group on a visit to Jordan.
