In another development, the SPLM secretary of state, Felix Otuduha has suspended Victor Sabastian Tamot, Accountant of SPLM Secretariat for having deposited Secretariat money, Sudanese Dinars 4,400,000 (SU$ 21,000) meant for launching of SPLM campaign at counties levels into his private a bank account with Nile Commercial Bank Torit branch which was later recovered.
The wife of un-procedural removed Hon. Speaker Adelino Michael Opi claimed that the body guards of Governor Ojetuk are harassing her and she fears reporting to police because of her security in absent of her husband.
When contacted on phone, Hon Opi said he is still the legitimate Speaker because the procedures stipulated in the Conduct of Business of 2006 for impeachment were not followed by those who attempted to oust them from office.
He said Governor Ojetuk had called him to his office soon the Assembly sitting No.26 was adjourned and ordered him to allow discussion of an urgent and important matter without reference to Conduct of Assembly Business 2006

However, Hon Speaker say he reminded Governor Ojetuk of nun fulfillment of requirement stipulated in the Conduct of Business 2006 but Governor insisted on saying, “It is better you resign in order to keep your dignity in the forth coming election”.
I would have resign if the allegations raised against me and my deputy including procedure used for ousting us were investigated by an independent body and approve by competent court.
He appeal to Commissioner of police in the state to accord security and protection to his family as they are pursuing a constitutional court intervention in the process used for removing them from office.
