Egyptian, Sudanese parliamentarians urge boosting ties at talks
CAIRO, Jan 08, 2004 (MENA) — A meeting of Egyptian and Sudanese parliamentarians is to wrap up in Cairo with calls to boost bilateral relations and seek guarantees for permanent and stable ties.
A draft statement by the first Egyptian-Sudanese parliamentary committee assured this time-honoured relations and urges furthering them on various fields, MENA learnt.
The committee also seeks to push forward projects of political and economic integration between the two countries and attaches great importance to political will to achieve this goal.
