Sudanese army chief visits Pakista’s Joint Staff Headquarters

Jun 8, 2007 (RAWALPINDI) — Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff, Sudanese Armed Forces, General Haj Ahmed Algaily Haj Ahmed arrived here Friday early morning on an official visit to Pakistan.

On his arrival at Joint Staff Headquarters, General Haj Ahmed was received by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Ehsan Ul Haq, the Associated Press of Pakistan reported.

A smartly turned out Tri-Services Guard presented salute.

Later, the Director Generals of the Joint Staff were introduced to the visiting General.

After one-on-one talks with General Ehsan Ul Haq in his office, the Sudanese Chairman Joint Chiefs was given a presentation on the security perspective of Pakistan.

During his visit, General Haj Ahmed Algaily Haj Ahmed is also scheduled to meet senior officers of the three services.
