Sudan expects cemented relation with China – Kiir
July 21, 2007 (HANGZHOU) — Sudanese First Vice President Salva Kiir Mayardit expressed his willingness to cement relationship between Sudan and China during his tour to east China’s Zhejiang Province on Saturday.
In Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang, Lu Zushan, provincial governor, met with Mayardit and briefed him the economic and social development of the province.
Mayardit said he was impressed by the development of Zhejiang and hoped Sudan will also enjoy such development, adding his country needs help of friends and China is one of such friends.
Mayardit arrived in Hangzhou on Saturday and would visit the West Lake and the Hangzhou Tea Museum.
