Sudanese-French business forum held in Khartoum

KHARTOUM, Jan 28, 2004 (SUNA) — The joint economic forum between the Sudanese and French businessmen, working in the spheres of machinery, food industry and animal resources, was held Tuesday at the premises of the Sudanese Businessmen Union here.

The forum reviewed the investment opportunities for French companies in Sudan, as well as convocation of joint meetings between the two sides at all levels.

The forum was addressed by Sameer Ahmad Gasim of the Sudanese Businessmen Union, focusing on the progress of the relations between Sudan and France and the deputy director of Adabta group of France.

It is to be noted that the forum was organized by the Sudanese Businessmen Union, in collaboration with the French Adabta, the ministry of Investment, the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development.
