SPLM says Sudan security arrested cadre in Khartoum
December 2, 2007 (KHARTOUM) — The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) last week slammed the arrest of one its leading members in Khartoum State, it further described the move as anti-constitutional.
In a statement issued on November 27, the SPLM said shocked by the arrest of Amar Najm Eddine al-Jak, the SPLM Secretary of Media and Culture for Khartoum State.
Deng Guj Aweil, SPLM Northern Sector spokesperson, said the security forces arrested Ammar on Friday 23 November in the morning at Khartoum airport while he was on his way to Juba.
Security service didn’t state any reason for Ammar arrest, the SPLM said.
“Such an action is in contradiction to the basic principles of human rights and the rights guaranteed by the National Constitution. Further, such an action transgresses the limited powers granted to the Security Services by the Constitution.” Deng said.
The former rebel movement said worried by the increase in arrests of SPLM cadres without substantive accusations.
In their first meeting after the withdrawal of the SPLM from the national unity government, the SPLM leader Salva Kiir demanded the release of unlawfully detained citizens by Khartoum law enforcement agencies.
He further asked for the release of Yien Mathew and other SPLM members who are unlawfully detained.

You know, it is not surprising everyone in Sudan regarding this main party security organ, I meant NCP Security force who still putting in its mind that it is the only government existing in Sudan by totally ignoring the partnership with SPLM.
It behaves like we are still under war time and controlled by them at any corner of Sudan. And of course, the security personels are not happy with this peace on ground because they had enjoyed torturing people especially civilians before the peace and they have been raping women,ladies and young girls. They also looted peoples’ properties either at their houses or mailed from abroad.
It looks to them indiferent from all days that is why they excercise the same mentalities they use to.
Their intend or deliberate arrest of Amar Najm Eddine al-Jak-the SPLM Secretary of Media and Culture for Khartoum State, indicate the real friction aimed at enflaming SPLM/A to decide to confront them, for they are ready to catastrophize the CPA.
However, they are putting more fuel in the existing fire which is also good on our side to convince all marginalized people of Sudan that NCP is only interested into its affairs than respecting a call of hope for sudanese people.
We Southerners in particular, had invented the existent of second colonizer from within before, but they will see the result of their intention at the end of the day.

Your Excellency the president of New Sudan,all the SPLA/M administrative council and the SPLA/M,
why are you allowing such an ellimination tactics to be imposed on the members of the movement without your retaliation, can you see, any removed nail of a finger,although small as it is comparatively to the whole body,irritates in a very painful and hurtful consequences and it affects the whole body’s comfortability and performance.
Now they are dismantling the SPLA/M mounting points then ,who will be next after that, it is very hurting fighting a war through which one can,t defend him/herself or fighting undeclared war, it is better to retaliate now or you will follow the same direction of conviction.

The NCP is capable of fruadulent charges against anyone as long as one happen to be a member and an administrator of the SPLA/M, they are deceivers they can deceive anyone for a moment and that can be the hole to framing the person FOR A FELONY CRIMES THAT HAS NO SUBSTANTIAL EVIDENCES.
Now they are removing your very loyal SPLA/M officials, who don,t accept bribes to betray the movement,those whom they had tried to bribed but failed and studied for longer times but failed to accessed through them,then at long last you will be left with non but traitors who will swallow the national hope of New Sudan with their singular throats of greeds and self centerness.
There is no leader without his /her people,and a leader is a servant of his people and never a prisoners of their needs.
A leader has both opposers and supporters and he/ she must accept their contributions for a better achievements of his /her good leadership goals to his/her people.
Never allow your loyal civil servant to be intimnidated by the NPC,otherwise there is nothing call peace in the country between the North and the South, because there is noway one can say there peace in a country where justice is roasted to ashes.

I PERSONALLY DEMANT AN IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF THE SPLA/M DETAINED MEMBERS OF STAFF,THIS IS AN ACTS OF A CPA OVERHUALT THAT CANNOT BE ENTERTAINED,AFTER ALL THE NCP IS UNDERMINING THE SPLA/M LEADERSHIP OTHERWISE THESE THINGS CAN,T BE HAPPENING TO THE SPLA/M AND STILL GO ON TO LAUGH ABOUT IT.
HEY, HEY MR UMMER, ARE YOU OUT OF SENSES AFTER ALL OF THE PEACE DEAL VIOLATION IN WHICH YOU WERE CALLING PUBLICLY FOR MUJAHIDIIN FOR WAR AGAINST THE SPLA/M,YOU ARE YET UNSATISFIED BY IT, NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO BRING OR ENGAGE THE SPLA/M TO A COLD WAR OR TO A FULL WAR DECLARATION, WHAT A HARD HEADED ARE YOU.
