It is good for those who are enjoying life like you Mr Jongo with electric or gas cooker. Don’t you see that it is unfair what you have said for others whose husband and children were killed in the civil war, and do not have any person to support them and help them afford an electric or gas cooker????????? your idea is not bad Sir, but before signing this bill, you guys there try to see for other alternative. Like, providing employment for those who getting money from selling charcoal, provide affortable electric and gas cooker, with affortable gas and electic price for all, not only for those who can afford it.
