Subject: Withdrawal of (LRA)’s Troops
Dear Cdr Kony,
First of all, I would like to officially introduce myself to you that I am the leader of South Sudanese Liberation Front (SSLF / UAFLSS). Briefly, the (SSLF) was founded on Tuesday, 26th of June 2007 to free the whole South Sudan from the so-called Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM / SPLA) and other lawless organisation operating in Southern Sudan. It is one of the most powerful factions in Sudan.
I am writing to you and your organisation to immediately discontinue operating in the Sudanese territory. The Lord Resistance Army (LRA) under your leadership, has no right to create military bases in a foreign land. This is a full breach of international law. Sudan is an independent country which gained independent on 1st of January 1956. It will not allow international lawless rebel forces enter into its position.
The South Sudanese Liberation Front (SSLF) will not recognise the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) because it has not yet ceased its illegal activities in both Northern Uganda and Southern Sudan. These lawless activities including killing of innocent people, cutting off ears, noses, limbs, mouths, hairs and eyes; child molestation, aggravated burglary, sexual assaults, arm robbery, theft, manslaughter, attempted murder, child destruction, fanticide, abduction of innocent people, and so on. Moreover, the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) under your command continuously burning dwellings, looting of properties, raiding cattle, also it recruits under- age boys and girls. These crimes will lead you to appear before an International Criminal Court (ICC) in the near future.
I would like to assure you that the (SSLF) is not against the liberation of Uganda and its people because the regime in Uganda has already been officially announced corrupt. In order to free the people of Uganda successfully from existing brutal regime in Kampala, the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) under your chairmanship must stop abusing the human rights and setup up its real vision, mission, goals, objectives, targets and values. The Government of Kampala has already allied itself with the so-called Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM / SPLA), Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) and Equal Justice Movement (EJM) in order to get rid of the (LRA), the current regime in Khartoum and other anti-SPLM / SPLA forces.
The ongoing peace talks between the Lord Resistance Army (LRA) and the Government of Kampala (GOK), will collapse due to lack of qualified peace mediators. The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM / SPLA) is a full tribal criminals’ association which should not be allowed to mediate between the Government of Uganda (GOU) and the Lord Resistance Army (LRA). It is unwise or it is a military-political suicide to involve the (SPLM / SPLA) in the peace process. There are constant tribal clashes in Southern Sudan and the (SPLM / SPLA) has never attempted to mediate between two tribes or clans. Further more, it successfully broke the so-called Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) and integrated its forces with Darfur movements such as Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM) and Equal justice Movement (EJM).
Mr. Konyi, in order to attain permanent peace and security in our respective borders, the Lord Resistance Army (LRA)’s forces must be completely withdrawn from the Sudanese territory without delay.

You are suffering from political derangability according to my observation. Yien, if you continue behaving like a cowboy or bullock, you will surely be castrated or you better reform right now. You have made yourself to be a political and situational provocative agent and it is very dangerous to your own well being leave a lone the so-called SSLF as a party.Beside that, you are just a kitchener in Australia or a waiter and you have taken a unilateral concept about politics, please, it is good to define yourself before you expose yourself to the public. Yien, seek the councilatory advices from your elders or you might have been outcasted and disown.

In terms of goals and objectives, Konyi could be far better than you and your party. Although Konyi has killed many people, you are a potential killer and if given an opportunity, it could be a disaster as well.
Well, do your things but be aware that SPLM/A is the government of the day whether you like it or not. We have confidence in them that they will take us to our final destination despite distraction from forces of evil like SSLF, the wolf in sheep’s skin
