Sudan says Darfur JEM chief hiding in capital
May 10, 2008 (KHARTOUM) — Sudan TV said that security forces are looking for Darfur rebel leader Khalil Ibrahim saying he was injured in today’s clashes near the capital.
Sudan TV showed pictures of the Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) rebel leader and called on people to report should they see him.
Darfurian rebels staged a bold attack and fought fierce battles with the Sudanese army on the outskirts of the capital. However the Sudanese government said it repulsed the attack and accused Chad of backing the assault.

I salute the courageous JEM for their attack on the terrorist capital Khartoum!!
As a true son of southern Sudan and the active member of SPLA/M, I would like to salute the JEM for their bold attack to the terrorist and the extremist capital, Khartoum.
On the other hand, I deeply condemn and thus denounce the Kiir’s false condemnation of the attack in the name of greater SPLA/M oh yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! Please know that we are not with Kiir and thus don’t take his unorganised, ironic and self-centred statement seriously, because he did that to safeguard his position in the GoNU, that is to say, that uncoordinated and false statement issued by Kiir in Juba doesn’t represent the true feelings of southern Sudanese toward their JEM brothers,we are seeing the killing of Darfurian asour own, that used to be during the days of struggle!!
Kiir’s statement represents only his self-centred and corrupt GoSS goals!! Thus, as a true son of Southern sudan I would personally like to apologise on behave of that self-centred GoSS for their cowed condemnation of the heroic attack by the heroic JEM!!!!!!!!!!!! LONG LIVE UNITY OF JEM AND SPLA/M united .
I believe all your brothers in south Sudan are with you in this painful time at which your brave sons of true Darfur are fighting fiercely with the evil army of the terrorist Arabs of North!! I salute your heroes who have taken the fight into the heart of the evil capital, long live JEM-SPLA and long live the unity of Africans in Sudan or the Land of black!! We (true SPLAers) may not offer you a lot at this curtail time, as we have no courageous leaders who can take a decisive action and move the mass to help you, but I must assure you that we the people of south Sudan will soon get rid of those cowed leaders and will be fighting in the front lines with your brave and sons of Darfur region!!!

WELL DONE JEM,
You have really shown those who always beat war drums in the storey buildings and push their forces with the Chinese weapons to kill our people in Southern Sudan, and Darfur and Eastern Sudan as well.
What you did yesterday was a good and unforgettable lesson for the Jallaba in Omdurman who did not ever experience any fighting near women, elderly and children. Let them know how bitter it is to fight a war within a residential area where vulnerable people stay.
Although Khartoum regime do not want to tell the facts, it is clear that the whole town of Omdurman was captured by JEM on Saturday until late hours in the evening when the Jallaba forces appeared in streets declaring that they won the fight.
For me, winning the fight inside the second main town in Sudan’s capital is not enough. If the Jallaba were able to win, why didn’t they stop the JEM fighters before they enter the town?

It should be put in mind that always in any game, the ball doesnt remain on one side.The great ball was played for long time in the south pole of the atmosphare. Sudenly it changed to the western pole as it was in the eastern zone. Mr.X the the super player is today playing the ball in the central of the play ground. Wait mr X, for the ball should still be played in the central zone because the players in this zone were relaxing and making fun on the exchausted players and the spectators in the stadium.
