US-EU leaders call on Sudan to cooperate with the ICC
June 10, 2008 (WASHINGTON) — Leaders of Unites States and European Union meeting in Brdo, Slovenia issued a joint statement calling on Sudan to comply with resolution 1593 referring Darfur war crimes to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
The US-EU Summit issued a statement stressing that Sudan should be “in full compliance with UNSCR 1593 and UNSCR 1769.”
The statement represents a shift by the US administration which remained hostile to the ICC.
Sudan has not ratified the Rome Statue, but the (UNSC) invoked the provisions under the Statue in March 2005 that enables it to refer situations in non-State parties to the world court if it deems that it is a threat to international peace and security.

Sudan Suspects most be taken for trial whether they want or not. They will face ICC. Nothing call Sharia-Law in human being code of conduct.
If Bashir reject to give the suspect, take himself to face that trail instead of Two suspect.

All the E.U, the U.S and the UN are too slow of bringing any solution to sudan, especially condemning of Bashir. Does it mean that Bashir with his boys are very strong? or is it wrong time to bring an action to this tyrant who have been committing more and more genocides since then?. May E.U and the U.S take Bashir for ICC instead of taking his boys. Because no smoke with out fire, and to avoid the smoke you need to know the direction of the fire.
And also, what is the role of the ICC as an agent of Human Right?. I don’t even want to mention anything about the AU (Africa Useless). It is really Useless and actionless. The solution will come from you; the E.U, UN and the U.S.
See this problem in sudan, people are tired of this bloody and sick regime.
Otherwise, take him (mr.bashir) for ICC to join his colleague Taylor. Why don’t you say “enough is enough” and do your work.
Anyway we shall see!!

the bill of rights which are always passed by the UNSCR as mentioned will not and cannot satisfy Mr.BIG White hair Bashir for his intentions of killing the Darfurian sounds nicer to the ears of his people the Arabicans and the move to such is an autonormous challenge to him when vising his redder collegues in Arabian peninsular,therefore may your the US AND EU trace the bouncing mood to fiercely remove this violated and great Dictator! i Cries for Darfurians.
