Salva Kiir inaugurates HQs of Sudan security service in Juba
I am addressing my concern to First Vice President and President of the south Sudan government that the inauguration of the new headquarters of the National Security and Intelligence Service (NSIS) in Juba today should not be termed as the progress if we talk of security but should be calls the failure of this organisation because it is very hard for somebody to talk of improvement in security while he is not security. For sure Mr. Kiir himself is not secure well nor his high officials in Goss and everybody alike in the country. As the matter of facts, I have to say that NSIS need to put aside the statement made by President in regarding their organisation and continue to improve their work because every citizens in the south is living in fear in their own homes and any where they go therefore its the obligation of NSIS to provided the security to allow the development of business and travailing agencies without fear in concerning security.

When we talk of security, it doesn’t mean receiving your salaries monthly while always sited at your house. Security means commitment towards attaining stability. President Kiir talked of National security which had exited, what sort of peace has this security delivered since the signing of the CPA.

Your GoSS officials frequently die of a common disease known as ‘accident’ of which accident the foundation is not always illuminated. Is that the kind of security you are trying to tell us?
Have a very serious briefing to those NSIS so that they can revolutionize the state of security in Sudan.

It seem that seem that our leader and southerners are being coned by the crafy elites within the NCP. The opening up the NSC in the south is not to be recieve with smile as it may seem so because, it means that terror is now going to be inflicted into the very innocent citizens of the south. Sensorship of of the media is now going to take place in the south, and checking on the politician and other opposition parties activities is going to be the other work of this so called NSIS. To the people of south Sudan there president should not have accepted this, it should have been thought of first and debate well in parliament before the president gives his concent. We know there are some southerners whose hearts are in Khartoum who always ill advise the very patriotic leader, Salva Kiir, on many issues. We have our own intelligence services in the south who have been effective during the war why dont we use them to take care of the south. Why dont we train them properly if luck of training is the case. the HQ of NSIS said “we are going to open up new branches across many towns in the south”. the NCP are very clever people and they know the law very well and they know how to get around it by using every trick in the book to achieve what they want. Their purpose is to cheat southerners because there is no way they want to let go of the oil resources in the south. They know they are bound by the CPA, but what they want to do is to find simple tricks to tie down southerners using the law they have signed and if our politicians in Juba dont stop sleeping and get on to work like real men the future of the south is very uncertain.
