Disarmament to continue for six months – South Sudan president

July 3, 2008 (RUMBEK) – The President of the government of southern Sudan and Commander In Chief of the Sudan people liberation army (SPLA), Gen. Salva Kiir Mayardit said he personally ordered to disarm all the south during six moths.
The First Vice President of the Sudan made this statement on Wednesday while he was attending the graduation ceremony of over one hundred SPLA senior officers in Malou Infantry school on in Rumbek, Lakes state.
Salva Kiir said his is the one who gave orders to the governors and to the senior officers of SPLA to collect weapons from civilians in the ten states of southern Sudan. He further said t disarmament was supposed to start on first June 2008 according to his order and the disarmament must carry on for six months.
In an inclusive interview with state radio FM-98 at Malou, Kiir stressed “I have decided to disarm civilians because they are killing themselves with guns.” He further said “any soldier found to have sold out his gun, that soldier must be arrested and sentence according to military system.”

Bravo President of S.S,Commander in chief the SPLA and the1st vice president of the republice of Sudan LT Gen Salva Kiir for the Degree you give out.
Remember South Sudan government willont gain stability if civilian within the country have guns, Civilian are suppose to be civilian Therefore I encourage the degree from the president to disarm all the civilian so that our country will remain peacefull country.
These civilian can cause catastrophe to themselves for instant in Jonglei state in Upper Nile civilian are killing themselves, terrifying the other and intimadating the other development organisation so it very good to disarm them instead of rearming them.

Your active participation in the struggle of SPLA/M liberational war had led to the todays peace which is making the SPLA/M feed and sleep in the building they did not expect to see till death-the likes of Riek Machar and so on.
Let the sleeping Machar with the rotten politic lie but mind you He(Riek) will die at the deep night sleep where his soul would be tried and torture in Hell for his childhood till adulthod attrocities and the Dead would celebrate under the soil in an Earthquake form in which thousands of stupid characters of the kind: Gatwech and all the Gat….family will all perish in the chronic idiotic punishment of their act.
