Sudan Liberation Movement / Army Command Unity officially welcomes the decision of the International Criminal Court and is considered the resolution of international criminal defendant is a victory for humanity in Darfur for the second time and enforcement of justice because they are opposites on the human value of all the values of inhuman injustice, oppression and slavery in Sudan and is the beginning of liberalization In the Sudan.

Accordingly, the SLM – Unity emphasizes the following: –

2 / Movement formally invites to the formation of a national unity government in exile transition to fill the vacuum of constitutional legitimacy and end the ruling regime in Sudan.

3 / Movement declares its commitment to cooperate fully with the International Criminal Court and are ready to carry out any tasks to arrest and extradite war criminals to the International Tribunal.

4 / Movement does not negotiate in any way with the regime over its legitimacy based on the crime

5/ legal and judicial resolution and not political and not linked to the Sudanese national unity and the Sudanese National Security and the Sudanese president does not represent the national sovereignty and the movement rejects the politicization of the resolution and Sudan seeks to free all war criminals.
