Absolutely I will never trust any of those unless I see the result in fact those Arabs are just burning their lips with South due to current hot issue concerning their criminals Bashir, therefore I would say good idea just because it has been presented as a plan but am not in full proposal ,secondly I know that people are after money which means a lot of dollar were being consume and yet nothing has been shown since we came to the control of South under the military cabinet of SPLA and in particular the corrupters. Our nation of South should have been one of the highest developed area in Sudan if we are really with a right person who works for the benefit of Southerners not leaving us to starve, poor infrastructure, anyway let’s wait and see whether such thing will come to be true, but before we come to see the result whether positive or negative I would like to say please and pleased Goss leaders and ministers in general stop looting the money for development into your own account some by black mails.Words cannot help without action.

Power generation is very important to reduce dependentcy on fuel wood for cooking which is very destructive as far as the environment preservation is concerned. The sahara desert is cripping southwards at an alarming rate this can only be stopped if there is an alternative energy need for home consumption. Wind and solar energy should also be given some attention they are environmentally friendly and require little or minimal maintenace.

As for the Dam that is supposely to be funded by the Federal Government it should be non other than the FULA FALLS at Nimule. The GOSS should should not be held back from the construction of Fula falls politically by the Egyptian influence now poisoning the environment with their cheap oil or diesel Generators. It is time the south has to benefit from the Nile water just like any country that share the Nile waters.

The NCP and Bashir are doing this because of their ICC crisis to pretend like they care for southerners.
Again, this is just a gimmick from Khartoum and NCP to trick the Southerners so that we feel like Bashir cares for us which is not true. The dams will never be there anyway.
