    Manyang,

What are these two remaining projects? You should have to put thing right so that people could know what will be done next.

It is very easy to construct Rumbek University if people avoid corruption because there is enough money in the State which goes in to individuals pockets. Judge me if I am wrong! Let Awet at this time think twice about the people of Lakes State and their future.

Rumbek Uuiversity Construction Funds: Will the state greed Governor and his Ministers not eat them?

Manyang, the two Projects should have been specified. I remember that President Al Bashir had pledged more five Projects to this State during his visit to Rumbek in 2007.

Here were: Rumbek University, Rumbek Hospital to be turned into Teaching Hospital and will be the best Hospital in South Sudan, he promised! Elecitrification of the whole town of Rumbek, Putting the first road tarmac in the town, Connecting Lakes state with Bentiu of Unity State and Khartoum in which people can drive from Khartoum to Rumbek. Rumbek North (Maper) county road and upgrading Rumbek Airport with tarmac. These promises went down public ears and they had felt them in souls.

Now, the gathering of Presient Al Bashir’s address are wondering to what is happening to President Al Bashir’s promises!!??
World’s Presidents promise and lie when they are addressing public and they don’t fulfil their promises… This is what is being speculating in Rumbek. But, few who go and come from Khartoum, they say that there are obstacles with GOSS officials and some individuals. They just want to eat these funds for the Projects construction.

Mr. President Al Bashir, Lakes state Community needs Projects in structures and not money. Let the constructors come with their tools to construct these Projects.

Sir Governor Awet, what has happened to Bulgarian constructors that your State Government has wasted millions of Sudanese Pounds in PalmTree Hotel for their accommodation and having paid all buying cost, transportation all the way from Bulgaria for over a year? What will be the use of the metals and building materials that have been assembled in PDU area of Rumbek, which were meant to building eight Ministries’ buildings and State House?
