Yemen approves cooperation, coalition agreement with Sudan, Ethiopia

SANAA, March 13, 2004 (Saba News) — President Ali Abdallah Salih issued on Saturday the decree No. 4 for 2004, which approved the agreement of setting up Sanaa Cooperation Coalition.

The agreement was inked in Addis Ababa last December, 2003, between Yemen, Ethiopia and Sudan.

The last article of the decree stated that the decree should be enforced from date of issuance and published in the official gazette.
