Emirati Air Arabia flies to Sudan from April
SHARJAH, UAE, 14 March, 2004 (Air Arabia) — Marking the start of its next expansion, Air Arabia LLC – UAE’s national airline and first low-cost airline of its kind in the Middle East & North Africa region – today announced its upcoming scheduled flights to Khartoum, Sudan from April 2004.
Flights to Khartoum will commence on Saturday 3 April and will depart from Sharjah every Tuesday and Saturday at 09:00 with arrival at 12:15 local time. The flight will do a direct turn-around on both of these days and depart for Sharjah at 13:00 with arrival at 17:50 local time. A one way ticket from Sharjah to Khartoum starts at Dirhams 299 – excluding government taxes, which vary from one country to another.
“Sudan is the second North African destination for Air Arabia; our flights to Egypt – Alexandria and Assiut – were launched in January and we are continuing to address the rising demand of our customers for this part of the region,” said Adel Ali, Air Arabia’s CEO.
