Sudanese army deploys troops in South Kordofan, SPLM says
December 5, 2008 (JUBA) — The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) condemned today the Sudanese army for deploying troops in southern Kordofan saying the move constitutes a breach of a peace deal signed in 2005.
The Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) had deployed more than six battalions in the past three weeks in the province of South Kordofan, said Yein Matthew a SPLM spokesperson told the reporters today in Juba.
The spokesperson of the southern Sudan ruling party further added that the Sudanese army informed Juba that the purpose of the troop build-up is to repel an eventual attack by the rebel Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) in the area.
But Matthew underscored that such military operation could be carried by the Joint Integrated Units, which are supposed to be the nucleus of the future Sudanese national army if the result of the 2011 referendum is for the unity f the country.
Salva Kiir Maydrit had instructed last May the SPLA units in Khartoum to defend the capital against an attack carried by the rebel JEM last May.
Since the restoration of relations between Sudan and Chad there were rumours and speculations about a possible attack by JEM rebels aiming to control a big town in Darfur or southern Kordofan in order to consolidate the position of the rebel movement before the peace talks.
Matthew said this troops build-up was a clear violation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement that ended more than tow decades of war in southern Sudan.
In accordance with the CPA, SAF forces were to be reduced to pre-war levels in South Kordofan, one of three “transitional areas” bordering the south where large sections of the population supported the former rebel SPLA during the war.

The deployment of six battalions by SAF is an indication that the NCP needs war not peace. The president Bashir is traumatized by the news of his warrant of arrest which is on the stage awaiting him, so he is trying to jeopardize the CPA. And if that is the case, SPLA is not sleeping they will get response for that. It is minor thing like eating banana there is no worry.

If sudan army forces is building up his forces in South Kordopan,by depolying six batalions which is a complete brigade,than SPLA has to response positively by deploying six Brigades instead of six batalion to encounter their move,no other option.
Bashir should has to keep this in minds that,the SPLM is more dangerous than Ocampo of ICC, not to fuels his case day and night of violating numerous atricles in CPA.
The SPLM will bring Bashir to(RICC)Ramciel international criminal court whose his chief is Maj-Gen Peter Gadet Yak.he has more experience of bringing notorious elements to justice.
SPLA Oyeeeeeeeeeeeeeee victory is eminent.

It’s really provocatives to deployed more than six battalions in Southern Kordofan,Bashir has now disclosed the same attitudes of his former friend Saddam Hassin,he want to mess up the country before he die,he is like a wild dog,which can bites people randomly before its die,therefore if it’s the case the SPLA should organise its forces and send more than six battalions to Southern Kordofan and then we should see one another and to see which side will shot the guns first.Bashire should bear in mind that Southern sudan is now another country,which can not accept any threats.Is it a good way to block ICC by creating more antagonistic environments in Sudan,we southerners are not stupid enough to fight against foreign troops,you will be capture or handed over faithfully to International court,no fighting at all,shame on you criminal deviant

Ha! Ha! Ha!, what an aggressive decision made by the general presecutor, the tyrany leader, does it mean that it is still a time for killing more Sudanese? we are asking for our dead brothers and sisters from him( ElBashir) This is not a time to deploy another six battalion to kill or to increase his problems. ICC should take action for massive kiiling by tyrany leader(Bashir) If he means to deploy six battalions in Southern Kordofan, let’s do the same thing. There is a saying goes” set a thief to catch a thief, we have been fighting for almost twenty one years but Bashir did not win the really black Sudanese. if fighting is the solution to have a post of presidency, he will not be a president no leader can kill, whom will he rule if kills.
