Salva Kiir to open Wau power stataion

February 16, 2009 (WAU) – An Egyptian delegation will accompany Salva Kiir Mayardit, the first vice-president and president of Southern Sudan government, on a trip to Wau to open an electric power station.

Kiir and the entourage will arrive Tuesday morning in Wau, the capital of Western Bahr el-Ghazal. The visit aims to celebrate the power station, which the Egyptian government rehabilitated.

Egypt constructs another power station in Juba. Cairo has engaged in the construction of a number of schools and hospitals in South Sudan and also will open Alexandria University, Juba branch.

Direct, bilateral ties between Egypt and the semi-autonomous region have intensified, marked by a visit to Cairo on February 5 by Minister of Regional Cooperation Barnaba Marial Benjamin.

Last November, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak visited South Sudan for the first time. During the trip he said “Egypt will open hospitals, schools and a university in South Sudan.”

Do Southern Sudanese leaders really know how to run the government policies? Who is the Minister of Energy in Southern Sudan? Is Salva Kiir also serving as a Minister of Energy, Vice President of Sudan and a president of Southern Sudan too? How come that he shared both these two positions at the same time?

Salva Kiir, actually needs to drag out his hands from doing the job which is not entitled for him to do. If Salva Kiir like this position as a Minister of Energy, then he needs to give his seat of presidency to someone who is willing to hold it instead, of joining two positions at the same time. First of all, Salva Kiir, fall to collaborated with the ICC for the indictment of Omar Bashir, according to the speech that he gave against the ICC. How will Southerners people learns actually about how to deal with the enemies? Is that the way how Salva Kiir is going to win the general Election from Khartoum Govenment with such “micro-ideology” that he has?

I don’t really understand what is wrong with the Southern Sudanese leaders when they are appointed to a certain position, they don’t promptly act and find a real solution which can benefit the people?. For instance, Dr Riak Machar is a Vice President of Southern Sudan and instead of implementing peace within Southern Sudan, then he decided to go and make peace between LRA Rebels and Uganda Government. And as a result, Dr Riak did’t achieves the peace between LRA Rebel and Uganda Government. He leaves no unification at all between LRA and Uganda Government.

Another thing also, Salva Kiir, accompanied an Egyptian delegation to Wau for the purpose to open an electric power stations, instead of accompanying the ICC indictment of Bashir to jail. Is Salva Kiir an Engineer Technician or a military personal? What kind of politic is Salva Kiir wants to play? If Salva Kiir, is a military personal, then he is suppose to hand that job to a minister of Energy and look forward about the problems of Nubia, Eastern Blue Nile and Abyei Protocol. Lastly, Egyptian people are our most enemies in the world rather than the Arabs in whole Sudan whom we fought for 22 years. Egyptian people shouldn’t be allowed at all to carried any kind of business activities in Sudan. What if they sometimes emerged themselves with the Khartoum Government in term to do disasters in Southern Sudan?

“ICC have already cooked the food, but people are waiting to be called in order to consume-up the foods”.
Lord, show the way to those who lost!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Mr.Kiir to Wau to open power station constructed by the Egyptians. what do they (Egypt) need from the southern sudan. i know their plans, they need to convince Mr.Kiir so that they can construct Jonglei Canal. I think we need to take this seriously, Governor of Jonglei state should open his eyes before anything happens.

Thanks alot to the egyptian government for its efforts and commitments toward Southsudan.
After the birth of CPA, most of arab nations pledged to assist in the development of our beloved South. As many can see, its only Egypt with a considerable effort from UAE.
For egyptian, its not for the sake of Southers. No, its all about water. the nile, whom they think if south seceded the water agreement between Sudan and Egypt cought eroded. and the amount of water they are getting which is even more than what Sudan gets cought be decrease.

ATTRACTIVENESS OF UNITY but from Egyptins (alwahda ajazaba)
