Southern Sudan preparing to declare independence as the minister of regional cooperation go around some of the influential eastern and northern African states to prepare a way for recognition. Where will the dumb SPLM go then when southern Sudan declare independence? The stupid SPLM vision will die then. At that time I’ll be sorry for the unionists. Good morning.
