Chadian official says Sudanese talks in Ndjamena could start any moment

An official Chadian source has announced that the peace talks which were
supposed to kick off yesterday, Friday [26 March], in Ndjamena on Darfur
crisis [western Sudan] had been delayed a bit but not postponed.
The international relations adviser of Chadian President Idriss Deby told
AFP that its was an issue of short delay, an issue which is expected in
such circumstances, and that there was no postponement.
The adviser said the peace talks could start any moment.
