Gunfire battle erupts between Sudan Warap and Lakes state

April 24, 2009 (RUMBEK) — A heavy gunfire battle erupted during an inter-state tribal conflict in Rumbek North County (Maper) between Warap state youth of Luach and Lakes state youth inhabitant by Pakam tribe.
The Lakes state parliament member representing the constituency of Rumbek North, Martha Mamer, told Sudan tribune that Luach youth attacked Rumbek north youth earlier this morning at 4 am.
However there was no confirmation on the number of wounded or dead people.
“This is fourth time an attack has been carried out by Luach youth of Warap state to attack Rumbek north pastoralists since the signing of the comprehensive peace agreement” the MP said.
“Live gunfire could be heard on two directions of Rumbek north county that include Toch-Mamer and Rel-Gak [grass land] belonging to Pakam youth; those cattle camp were attack by Luach youth of Warap state this morning” she added.
Last month, Cueibet county youth belonging to Gok clan organized an attack on Luach inflicting several deaths and injuries

How can a normal human being point a gun to his/her sister just because of meat/cattle (food), brother and sister are the only ones that enter the fire you, even if it is your friend still you don’t need to fire them because of food. You can live a good life with friends, why don’t you look at how the junglese are living in Equatoria, is there any relation between normal Equatorian and mad junglese?
