The Egyptian foreign ministry spokesperson Hossam Zaki told reporters that head of Sudan department Mohamed Qasim will visit Khartoum and Juba for discussions on current situation.

Zaki had warned that the situation between the North and South “faces many difficulties” despite the peace agreement signed in 2005.

However the Egyptian diplomat did not elaborate.

The foreign ministry spokesperson said that the US special envoy to Sudan Scott Gration discussed with Egyptian foreign minister Ahmed Aboul-Gheit “came in the framework of consultation and continuous coordination between Egypt and US with regard to the issue of Sudan”.

He said that the focus of the talks was on the situation between North and South and added that his government wants to see all difficulties and seeing both parties to find political deals through existing mechanisms.

Egypt and the US also discussed Darfur and tensions between Chad and Sudan which they both agreed is a key element in resolving the crisis in the Western region of Sudan. Gration will fly to Chad in the coming days.

The Qatari government is hosting talks between the Sudanese and Chadian delegations to reach a compromise on their supposed support to their respective rebel groups.

During his visit to Cairo Gration also met with Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa and Sudanese former prime minister Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi.

Good move Egypt! Please help advice your bastard Arab friends in Khartoum to implement the remaining key
elements of the CPA like the border demarcation otherwise
we southerners are fed up with them.

Khratoum must understand that all these kind of games played against southerners like phoseponig elections delaying border demarcation, trying to encourge some southerners specially those who grew up with them to
preach division among southerners will never win us to
    their side.

It is clear that Arabs always don’t like us that is why
they don’t want to see us prosper in all aspect but are
happy to see us messing up.

But let me assue you (Arabs) that you will one day
one time regret when all your dirty evil deed against us
will back fire in the nearest future (2011)

CPA NOT GOING BACK ONTO THE TABLE AGAIN.

Some few reminding issues to mr Elbashir.1 you are still here because of the CPA if not, haque you go.2 you have been reguarded as criminal globally becase of the war not peace.3 southern sudan is strong enough to fight thier right with some few buildings in juba, any attemp is that misiles only knows thier place,in the kahrtoum ,madeni, kosti, dongula and port sudan and we will have to start all over again togather.prehape no more looted wealth from south to buil them quickly.

thanks for initiating the failure of the CPA always because it is not even a wiser idea from us to go for peace while you are developed more than we do.which means you will only be building your military capacity and be a threat to us for a life.better bring them to nothing and start all over again togather.
