Kator Youth appeals for reconciliation and unity of Southerners
By Isaac Vuni
June 7, 2009 (JUBA) — The chairman of Kator youth has today appealed for reconciliation and unity among southerners irrespective of their creeds, ethnicity and political affiliations.
He emphasized that “United southerners stand strong, divided they could easily falls.”
Chairman further appealed to youth of Kator Cathedral to be more vigilant on strangers seeking to take picture of President Salva Kiir Mayardit and other constitutional post holders during prayer time.
Adding that Sudanese youth have responsibility to help security guards to protect their stanch catholic faithful president Salva Kiir Mayardit who had been and is still veteran fighter for the rights of marginalized Sudanese.
Youth further observed that most GOSS cabinet ministers are only recruiting their children or immediate relations and gives them higher super scale positions without any experience while qualified southerners are sidelined without job.
Kator youth strongly appealed to those “selfish politicians” to seriously behave and respect their president than plotting to derail their own county by transferring money to foreign countries such as Kenya, Uganda, Australia and American amongst others.

Kator Youth appeals for reconciliation and unity of Southerners
Many appreciations Mr. Chairman, such concerns by members of this generation are crucial in the reconstruction of the South Sudan. The embodiment of such wisedom determining realities of pragmatism and ambiguitiees of Idealism renders much more optimism than the current rangling of of ideas and ideologies.
As a generation subjected to various uncertainties including break-ups and make-ups of some political figures is not to be encouraged amongst the youth and within the entire Sudan. The unity of south Sudan is far more greater than any other imaginable alternative, for it provides a fundamentle ground for growth and development through to many other ventures of interests.
The Kator Chairman’s plea for reconcilliation and unity is an immediate need to be observed and translated into practical measurable and achievable accountsby members of this generation.
Kind Regards and keep up the good in the South…
