The elections law voted last July by the parliament establishes a mixed electoral system. 60 per cent of the 450 MPs will be chosen through the majority elect in their geographical constituencies. It also guarantees 15% of the MPs elected through proportional representation and 25% of the parliamentary seats to women who also will be elected through the proportional representation.

The election law sets a 4 percent minimum vote needed for any party to enter parliament through the proportional representation and requires for candidates at presidential elections to get at least 200 endorsements from 18 of Sudan’s 25 states.

This old man named Abel Alier and Lam Akol are the curse for the course of southern sudanese progress. They are always supporting the interest of the Northern regime and i do wonder, when they will work for our course. In their graves or where? Why would Abel Alier endorse the rejected census for the allocation of seats in southern sudan? Shame on you mr old man, God of southern sudan will not spare you even after you are dead.

Alier, you are more old enough to be in this position. Why can’t you retire, old aged like you have already been retired, your old mind can’t reason well like the one of Mandela even if you wear the same white cap.
This position needs a sensitive, energetic and patriotic Sudanese.

Please come down and disqualify your releases, otherwise your are digging your own grave.

This smelly old man call Abel Alier has never had the interest of South Sudan at his heart. Throughout the war to the present day, he has never made his colours clear as to whether he supports the struggle or successive Khartoum regimes. He chose umbiguous position in order to benefit from the middle. This time around all Southerners are watching and he is getting it wrong.

Don’t blame Abel ! census and election are nothing to us and they can be rick.for those who were in the movement of SPLA/M you know very well that we fought the voluntary war without reward but we succeed.now we have CPA which is pregnant for the right of southerners “REFERUNDOM”this right will not be rick, southerners will have two options that is freedom and slavery i mean if we unite with arabs then we have choose united terrorism state.

why Abel is being accuese for the census? result if because Abel grew up in the arabs leadership then there were no arabs who were send here to conduct census let us blame those who carry out the census activities and they were our own daugters and sons.

Bear in mind that any thought of weakness came from us because majority of us do collaborated with our enemy so that the get wealth, self sustainability and power hungry.

Abel Alier is an Arab man who was bought long time ago and the man who denied his own brother Lt.General Dr.Jonh Garang when he was a committee member to find out the death of his own brother.

Have you seen some tear of cry on his eye when the sad news reached the corners of the world about our belove father of southern Sudan Dr Jonh Garang when he was killed by the friend of this old man who called himself ( ABEL ) as if there is such a name Dinka.

to begin with,I would like to ask very very short and presise question to the so call Members of parliment and state minisers representing NBGS in state itself,Juba and in the government of national unity specially those who were there when the Sudan national cencus was conducted.

Where and which area of your interest will you be compaigning and which people at the same time will you convine to vote for you as a next mps in this state for that case?

look the failure of this state in the national cencus is in your hand ask me why and iam on line to answer you.Because two major problems occured in your present and you never turn up quickly to solved those problems:

1:shortage of transport in all level of counties here in Nothern Bhar el Ghazel state where i have witness only three land crusiers being use here in Aweil East county. And for that reason some areas were not reached and not counted in the national cencus.

2:lack of concentration from the county and the state government regarding the ongoing activities.

For all the above mentioned i want to aware you that the failure was in our hand and for that case we won,t be in the position to blame any body for what ever is going on in this country, we did it and it has turn it negative to our side.

Any one of you will never be complaining of the seat that are given to this state by the GOSS or GONU.let us just wait for other ten years to see whether our number will be that of 2008 national cencus.let us not blame Abel Alier for his a location of the national seats, this mitake is our own mistake.

    thanks

    Garang DENG

    Dear Brothers,
This is savage and what the Dinka are always doing to the Southerners. Dinkas are spoilers and every Southerner must know that there is nothing good a Dinka can produce. Southern Sudan has a long way to go just simply because of Dinka backwardness, illiteracy and foolish arogan. We knew from the beginning underpinning the appointment of Aliar and it was supported by every Dinka and till now his action is still lauded by Dinkas just because of their myopic.

Unbeliebeable, how come Mr Abiel distributed seats while GOSS had rejected that estimated results of last census? While it was very clear that the census was not successfully carried outin the South. Southern part of Sudan is not actually statisfically reflected by the estimated result.

To those who blame Abiel, please forgive this old man, he lost sense on southerners vision when he recalled that so many agreements were being dishonoured by Khartoum, not knowing that Garang and many younger southerners would forge their compaign against Arabs.

let him fatten his accounts , because every comment or action made by sotuherner against southerners has it own rate of pay fom Bashir. His grave was already prepared in Khatoum palace, what do you folks think of Abiel?

the distribution of seats according to the census result is ok. but why s.sudan still drop more then that, what i mean is that 8.2m and 7.4 which one biggest number?
so those who are complaining they have right at this point and not be baised.

However compare these 51 seats locate 7.4m and 46 seats to 8.2m .just imagine these are geographical seats for each state in the National assembly. to conclude the chairman has also contribute to the downfall of southern part of the country.
